Oops!! One of two things have happened:
either you started the ordering process and then stopped for at least 15 min in which case your order has, alas, been cancelled along with all the info you filled in or
you were in the ordering process and must have selected the Confirm Order button and gone on to the final payment step. Once you select "Confirm Order" you CANNOT back up to modify your order.
If you finished the final payment step (ie by filling out your credit card details or selecting the
"Will Send Cheque/Money Order" payment option and then also selecting the "Pay" button),your secure order has been placed, and you will get an email confirmation from us. If there is something you want to change about this confirmed order, simply email us:
If you did NOT finish this final payment step ( ie select the "Pay" button) and then hit the back button your order has simply been aborted. Abortion's no problem, you can easily start your order over without losing the billing/shipping info you filled in (as long as it wasn't more than 15 minutes ago. See above.)
