Located, strangely enough at 2400 Kingsway, this is one of Vancouver's few remaining old-style motels (built in 1946), surrounded by spacious lawns and flowers, now owned by the City (which means it's probably doomed long term, though short term, they probably spend a ton to keep it up to snuff). Located only 15 min from downtown. Has kitchenettes, and even the base price before the new, larger DH Discount is a pretty good deal, compared to what you'll normally pay to stay in Vancouver.
